Darling Masaki Ch.2
Title: Darling Masaki Ch.2
Pairing: Sakuraiba
Rating: R
Summary: All Sho wanted to do was check into the hotel for four days, he didn't quite expect all this to happen to him. Sho falls deeper into Masaki’s world.
Disclaimer: None of what was written here is true, just a work of fiction.
A/N: Inspired by “Darling Nikki” by Prince [though I listened to the Foo Fighters version].

Next Day

Sho woke up around 2 PM due to how late he slept last night. He took a hot shower, staring at his feet wondering what kind of mindless crap he could do that day. ‘Lunch sounds good,’ he thought to himself. The businessman went to a small café where he had a cup of coffee and a small sandwich. His mind was reeling back on what happened last night.

Never had he encountered such a strange man. Though the more he told himself to stay away from him, the more did he want to find out about him. Such as who is the irresponsible friend that he’s covering for. After spending close to an hour at the café, doing too much thinking, Sho went for a small walk before going back to the hotel.

He noticed a small crowd forming across the street which of course peeked his interest. When he got over there, he noticed a street artist doing quick line sketches of the people around him. A smirk came across his face at how absorbed the artist looked. His head would snap up about three times, in different directions, before quickly jotting down the figures he saw. After five minutes had passed he managed to get everyone in, including the tiptoeing Sho.

The crowd clapped when he put the paper on the table and gave him some money as tips. He thanked them with a small mumble and bow. When everyone had dispersed, Sho walked forward and looked at the other drawings. “These are really good.”

“Thank you,” the artist murmured looking at his lap. A small frown came across Sho’s face and picked up the drawing the man had just finished.

“Can I keep this one?” Sho asked.

“I-I haven’t painted it in yet,” the artist said, looking up at him with wide eyes.

“That’s okay.”

“Bu-but you can’t even see yourself,” he continued to complain.

“If I bought a picture of a flower do I see myself?”

“Maybe…” the man pouted. Sho chuckled and crouched down so he was eye level with him.

“What’s your name?”

“Satoshi,” Sho repeated. “Do you think you can sign this?”

The man nodded and took the drawing from him and signed the bottom right corner. He stared at it for a while before placing it on the table and quickly pulling out his watercolors. Before Sho could snatch the picture back, Satoshi had begun adding a few spots of color here and there causing it to look a little more complete. “Here,” he said looking up at Sho.

“How much?”

“Uh, I’ve never really sold my works…”

“How much do you want for it?”

Satoshi bit his lip and looked down at his lap again. Slowly he held up a finger indicating 10,000. Sho laughed and placed 15,000 in the man’s hand, before taking the painting and going back to the hotel.

Sho went to his room and placed the drawing on the bedside table and smiled. He opted for a small nap rather than doing any more site seeing. He could tell himself it’s cause he’s bored and tired, but he knew it was because he couldn’t wait the 5 hours to possibly see the hotel clerk again.

Around 10:30 PM Sho’s eyes blinked slowly when he felt like he was being watched. When he managed to focus his vision, he noticed Masaki smiling at him. “What the fuck?!” Sho yelled and shot out of bed.

“I called the room, but you didn’t answer. I thought you died,” Masaki said while giving him an innocent look.

“Don’t just enter someone’s room like that! You’re not even an employee!” Sho continued to yell. Masaki stood up and waved his hands to tell him to stop yelling.

“Are you trying to get my friend fired? Fuck.” The two stared each other down before the taller man looked over at the painting. “You did this?”

“No, I don’t have one artistic skill in my body.”

“Mm, not so sure about that. I caught a glimpse of your abs just now. Looks very artistic to me,” Masaki winked. Sho rolled his eyes and wondered why he was even curious about this pervert. “Well, I just wanted to make sure you didn’t fall out the window or something, so I’ll be on my way,” the man said turning around and leaving the room.

“The hell was that?” Sho murmured to himself. The businessman followed the hotel clerk and into the elevators.

“Missed me already?”

“No, going to the game room,” he lied looked at his nails. Masaki nodded with a smirk and kept his gaze on the other man. There was something about this perfect man that he wanted to ruin. Something about the way he spoke, the way he styles his hair, the way he carries himself…there was something that made Masaki want to expose and he knew he’d do it soon enough.

When the doors opened, Sho immediately went off to the game room to avoid any more conversation with him. He was increasingly regretting his decision to want to see the man the more he opened his mouth. As the man briskly walked to the room, he realized Masaki was following him. “What?”

“Well I’m bored and no one checks in here regularly so let alone at this time.”

“Then read a magazine or something. What if a huge party of like ten people came in?”

“They’ll just have to wait. I’d like to know more about you.”

“I’m not discussing my life with someone like you,” Sho said arrogantly. Masaki rolled his eyes and moved in closer.

“Get off your high horse and take that stick out your ass because it just makes you look like an idiot,” the taller man said before walking past him and into the game room. Sho stood there dumbfounded for a moment for marching in after him.

“No you listen. You think that just because you earn a large monthly income working with and for pencil dick assholes makes you better than me. But I will advise you that I am something more than what you think of me,” Masaki said with his hands on his hips.

“Which is?” Sho said with crossed arms.

“Mm, well aren’t we curious?” the deviant smirked.

“Just say it if you’re gonna make a huge speech about it,” Sho sighed, rolling his eyes. Masaki grinned at him and sat on the pool table. He motioned with his finger at the shorter man to come to him; and to his surprise Sho did.

“Despite how I am, I make people feel good,” the tanned man said with a voice much deeper than before. Sho felt the tingle down his spine, his ears getting a bit hot.

“So like a therapist?”

“Mm, just like that.”

The two were staring at each other for a while. Both thinking about the other. Sho noticed Masaki’s eyes were slowly moving down, taking in his appearance. There was something dark behind the man’s gaze which made him feel vulnerable.

“You have a girlfriend? Wife?” Masaki asked, still ogling at the man’s body.

“No, why?”

“Well yesterday you told me, ah wait, you yelled at me that you weren’t gay. So I figured you had someone to make you say that in such a forceful way.”

Sho bit his lip and shook his head ‘no’. “Not married or dating.”

“Of course not, but it does take the fun out of things,” Masaki said, murmuring the last part. He brought his attention back to Sho’s eyes and gave him that welcoming smile. “Come closer.”

“Just do it.” Sho moved a tiny bit causing the hotel clerk to laugh. “Closer.” Again Sho shuffled closer until Masaki reached out with his legs and dragged the man forward until he bumped into the table. Sho’s eyes were wide in fear as he waited for an assault of some kind, but nothing happened.

“Why am I so drawn to you?” Sho asked softly.

“Like I said, I make people feel good,” the man chuckled. Sho felt a weird feeling churning deep within him and he didn’t like it. He was starting to get creeped out by how he felt his body moving forward even though the man’s long legs weren’t wrapped around him anymore. He tried to pull back, but Masaki sat up properly on the pool table, leaving no more than a few inches of space between their faces.

“Ma-Masaki?” Sho squeaked. The taller man let out that half moan half laugh he heard the first night he got there.

“Mm?” Masaki smiled and bit his lip. He knew why he wanted to ruin the man the minute he saw those large brown eyes shifting from his lips to his eyes. He leaned in and kissed the corner of the other man’s mouth. The kiss lingered for a moment, before he moved to whisper in his ear. “What we could do together would be so fucking amazing,” he ended his words with a soft bite to Sho’s neck.

An audible gasp came from him before Masaki got off the table and left the room. Sho touched his neck with blush spread across his cheeks. Quickly he turned around to talk to him, but when he made it to the lobby no one was there.

Masaki remained crouched behind the front desk until he heard the soft footsteps disappear into the elevator. He sighed and smirked to himself for he knew he was taking over Sho’s mind little by little. He looked at the time and sucked his teeth.

Quickly he got in the other set of elevators and up to the 5th floor. When the doors opened, a burly man turned around and smiled at him. “Did you wait long?” Masaki asked as he walked towards the doors at the end of the hallway.

“No,” the man smiled. The hotel clerk grinned at him and opened the doors, with the employee key card, allowing the man to enter before locking it behind them.
